hi people, i am slightly balding at the front of my hair line (including temples) but i am balding more on the right side than the left which is annoying.

what i want to know is what is the best treatment/combo of treatments for regrowing my hair- advanced hair, Ashley & Martin, Laser Combs, etc. etc.?

also ive heard of the "big 3" reading through this forum which is basically rogaine, propecia, and nizarol 2%
is this combo more affective than anything else?
is their anything else i can add to this combo to increase potential like maybe a Laser Comb?
and also what is more affective rogaine foam or rogaine liquid?
any other info i need to know on the big 3 like any side affects (id really like to know of any side affects before i start taking these)?

thanks alot for any help and advice you can give me, im sure you guys know what losing hair is like

Just use the big 3 the most important of which is finasteride these are the only products that have shown to actually have any effect and even they dont work for everyone. Nothing else is really worth it unless you have money to burn.

couple of other shampoos maybe. t-gel and nano are good. just makes you feel like youre doing something positive for your hair everytime you shower.

The big 3 definitely work for the vast majority of people. Don't expect miracles though - you should just hope to maintain what you have and regrow a little. Anything more than that will be a bonus.

its tough to say what is more effective. In my opinion it seems like people more consistently have results with the liquid. Based on the majority of posts that I've read its seems like a lot of people who use the foam experience months and months of shedding and no regrowth. However, the few who did have success, the results seemed significantly greater than results from liquid. In my opinion I would start out with the liquid just to be safe. Another benefit to using the liquid is its much cheaper, I just spent 60 dollars for a year supply of kirkland minoxidil.
