Chronic telogen effluvium or normal shedding? Hi I've always lost a lot of hair I reckon 150 per day. But I have no bald spots and in pictures my hair looks same. I am worried that I have chronic telogen effluvium but would it be thinning by now if I did, I've experienced the hair loss for 4 years , not sure how to add a pic?
