natural hair vitamins... improves rogaine results??

I've been a rogaine user for about 3 years now (started with liquid and have now switched to foam). The liquid irritated my scalp horribly, but the foam has been a nice adjustment. Overall I have been pleased with the results, however, I recently started taking a natural vitamin complex for men's hair health, and have found that this vitamin complex when used with rogaine makes my hair thicker than rogaine did alone, and I have even less shedding. My wife swears that my hair has never been thicker. The rules in terms of results are roughly the same with rogaine (approx. 2 months of use to see results), and it's an easy regimen to stick to (it's a decent tasting liquid vitamin complex, and you basically drink one ounce per day). Interested if anybody else has had similar experiences with natural vitamin supplements? The product I currently use I purchased off amazon... called "Lock Shots" (see attached). I'm reluctant to give up rogaine and roll solo with just vitamins, but am interested if anybody on this forum solely uses vitamins as their primary hair enhancer? Any input / advice here would be much appreciated. In the meantime, I will just keep taking my Lock Shots in conjunction with rogaine.

And by suspicious... should I have rephrased something in my initial post? I'm a first timer here, and new to forum postings in general, so not sure of standard etiquette. I'm open to suggestions, so please feel free to offer up. Anything to help me get proper feedback (or any feedback) in the future would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

i think he meant suspicious as though you could easily be a sales rep for the vitamins.

I'm questioning the validity/effectiveness of the vitamins, so not sure how that was misunderstood. Hard to understand if my benefits are from rogaine... or the vitamins, so wanted to validate this with other hair vitamin-takers' experience.

from product description on amazon. "Ingredients such as Vitamin A, Biotin, Niacin (B-3), MSM, and Zinc promote cell growth and reproduction, which naturally increases the growth phase and allows hair to grow longer than it otherwise would." Some other ingredients listed on bottle: pantothenic acid, folic acid, PABA. amazon link below:

On a side note, I'm a big amazon fan, and love researching various types of products in terms of what is popular/effective in a given sector. You can target a certain product type and sort by "review ratings" or "best selling" in all categories... and see which products have been the most effective for a universe of people. It even tells you which products have been in the "top 100" in that given category, and how many consecutive days. I found this very helpful recently when I was researching workout supplements.
