I am imbarking on water fasting and then bringing in a new food everyday (this is explained full here http://www.hairlosstalk.com/interact/viewtopic.php?f=23&p=641996 )

I am researching certain foods that are closly connected with hair health, growth and loss..

broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kale, cauliflower, flax seeds, nettle tea and cress all link to fighing DHT...

Does anyone have any knowledge on other foods that inhibit or help against DHT?

Is it true that Green tea is helpful? I've started drinking it everyday. My dermatologist suggested it.

I have heard that green tea raises DHT by something like %180, or something crazy like that... But combining it with soya beans is a differnt story!

Have you looked into "equol" or just soy and green tea"

Well sh*t haha. That's fantastic. Should I quit, or try and find some of this soy crap? What is it/how much should I have a day?
