No you're not.

Nano shampoo is formulated by Dr Proctor.

Put 'Nano shampoo' in to google, and you will find places selling it. Not sure if it's sold in Uk

Re: Nanogen is a knock-off of Nano Shampoo

Recently, several knock-off products have emerged attempting to ride on the reputation of our NANO Shampoo and NANO Conditioner. I suppose it was only a matter of time.

Various names include "NANOGEN", NANO Silver, etc. . We have even been "honored" by a knock-off called "Nanoworks" from Pureology, a branch of L'Oreal.

Pureology's various hair care products list ascorbate, superoxide dismutase, melanin, etc. as active ingredients. So Pureology is not only infringing our trademarks, they are infringing our patents.

We have contacted L'Oreal about this matter and will persue it. I have never heard of such behavior from a major corporation, swiping not only patents, but the trademark from a small specialty developer like us.

Interestingly, Pureology is touted as one of L'Oreal's flagship product lines. They advertise that it was developed by a west-coast hair-dressor to the stars. An utter and complete load. I wonder which of our clients gave him a bottle of our NANO shampoo.

L'Oreal clearly knows about our technology, since they list it as "prior art" in several of their patents. Talk about whole-sale theft of intellectual property.

BTW, other issues aside, why buy a knock-off that just attempts to ride on our reputation?. Our stuff is even less-expensive.
