No regrowth, and my shedding is still 10+ in the shower. But I think this is because I wash my hair every other day so it accumulates. So I will say 20 hairs max I would shed when showering.
Maintainence, yes. And cosmetically, this shampoo definently makes my hair look even thicker (as you can see from the photos above). I definently recommend this shampoo for that reason alone.
I have been using topical spironolactone with nano shampoo, and that seems to be doing a good job maintaining my temple points, of which dont seem to be losing ground since applying it on them after 5 months (even though they are minutrized). I would say topical spironolactone is much better then nano at maintainece.
I have hairloss, mild recession at the hairline - but brush my hair forwards to hide it.
