First of all thank you for any advice. Attached are pictures from the last year and two that I just took. I don't have images closer to my face, but you can just imagine that I'm not missing the odd thinning spot. I'm 31 and in the last few months I've noticed my hair thinning oddly. It's not getting any better. My crown seems normal.

Lifestyle : I am currently working incredible hours. I am in graduate school and have a part-time job too. I also train for trail running races. My race distance is 100 miles. I have been racing this distance for 2 years now. Prior I was racing at the 50 mile distance. I always train with a buff in my hair. However, I have been training far less in the last 4 months and this is about when my hair started to change.

Hair Products : In the last month I have been washing my hair with Biotin Shampoo and Pantene 'Full&Strong' Conditioner. I also started to apply Rogaine once per day. I use to wash my hair twice a day, but now cut back to once.

Kind Regards.

Looks like diffuse thinning. A form of male pattern baldness.

Thank you for the input. I'm seeing a Dermatologist next week, so I'll know for sure. Simply wanted to share my experience. Going into it with a No hair, Don't care mentality ; ) I'll still be able to enjoy the many things I do.

Dang that is some aggressive nasty balding. In reality your choice is propecia or letting your hair go.
