Hi everyone,

I dodn't know where to post this so I hope it is ok I write in this part of the forum.

Im a 23 year old male from north Europe. I started loosing my hair when I was around 18 years. I was shocked when I noticed it as a 19 year old, since both my father and grandfather (92 years) have a lot of hair.
I quickly began to do something about it. I done a lot of research and started taking propecia.
I didn't try it for long, but it became clear to me that I wouldn't be satisfied with the results it might provide.

I started wearing a hair piece 9 months after I noticed my hairloss, and I have been very happy with the result.
It looks 110% natural and is my "dream hair". It looks a lot like this: http://okhereisthesituation.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Jef19.jpg

However, the cost of it is naturally enormeous (50 000 Euros per year), and I can't help but think if I could invest this money in a treatment that would provide me with the same result as the hair piece except that the hairs are growing from my scalp.

I have wore the piece for 4 years now, and it is absolutely a limit in my personal life. It has given me so much confidence, but at the same time Im afraid that people will find out.

I guess my question is: Is it possible to undergo some sort of treatment to get very dense hair like Jef Holm (http://okhereisthesituation.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Jef19.jpg), considering that I have a very aggresive hairloss and will soon be a norwood 6?
(I have however high density of hairs around my head, thats why it is possible to wear a piece with much density)

hi ..I don't have answer to your questions but I have seen people regrowing tons of hair while on the treatment. one of the most mind blowing cases for me is zeroheat's story. You can find his stroy in the success story on this forum.

Thanks for replying.

Yes I can image people have had mindblowing results with propecia. But the thing is, after wearing the piece I wouldn't be happy with getting back my hair as it was when I was 18.
I want to have more hair on my head than I initially had.

Is this impossible?

Yeah, 50 000. It is way to much!! But it is because I wanted the most expensive, so I was guranteed it would look real. I am told it is the same as the moviestarts use in Hollywood.

Im so sorry.
I meant to write 50 000 in my countrys currency. So its like 7 500 USD for a year.

Again, sorry for the mistake.

Why do you have to pay every year? I know nothing about hairpieces, thought you just bought one and that was that.

and I don't think it's possible to get thicker hair than before you started balding even if you used every treatment out there, even getting as much hair as before you started balding is pretty rare.

Thats because I get a new hairpiece every month. I order 12 each year.

Yes I understand that, but what if hair cloning became available? Then one could have as much hair and density as one would want? :)

 Why do you need a new hair piece every month? I thought one piece lasts a good one year!
