Hi everyone,
I didn't know where to post this, so I hope it is ok to write in this section of the forum.
Im a 23 year old male from north Europe. I have been loosing my hair for several years now. I think it started when I was around 18 years, and I really started to notice it when I was 19. It came as a big shock, since my father and grandfather (92 years) still has a lot of hair. My hairloss are without a doubt very aggressive. I started taking propecia almost immediately, and tried it for about 8 months (I know this isn't enought time to really see if you are happy with the results).
During my time on propecia I realized that this isn't going to be enough for me. The results that propecia might provide would not be satisfactory enough.
Thats when I discovered hair pieces. I started wearing one 9 months after discovering my hairloss, and was thrilled with the result! I am still wearing it today. It looks 110% natural and is designed the exact way my "dream hair" would be.
This of course costs a lot of money (50 000 Euros each year) , and I can't help but think if it would be better to invest in some sort of treatment?
I have wore it for 4 years now, even though it looks fantastic, it is limiting me. I am afraid that people will find out about it, and it is acctually keeping me from dating, because if someone would try to touch it I would freak out.
I wish there was a way that I could have the same hair that I have now, only that it is growing from my head!
I would classify myself as a soon to be norwood 6, so I would need a huge amount of density and hairs. I have very high density around my head (thats why I can wear a wig with a very high density).
Is it possible to get hair like Justin Bieber or Jef Holm (http://okhereisthesituation.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Jef19.jpg) with transplants? Isn't there something called hair cloning? And do you think it will come something new and amazing on the hair-transplant market soon?
