My update on Propecia,very early shedding!!!

hey all,
this is my 17th day on propecia,
in the 3rd to 4th day the erections has gone,but it doesn't bother me, it gets better after it but not as before the drug, I was afraid of the sexual side effects (due to what I read in the posts of people having numb penis and having non reversible side effects) in the 13th day because my penis doesn,t erect I went to masturbate and watch p**rn(sorry of talking about too much details) but I just wanted to masturbate and watch p**rn to see what the drug has effects sexually, it takes me a longer time to masturbate and I watched p**rn for a longer time and my penis was partially insensitive at first to get sexually aroused and at last I get nearly fully erection and I have the same pleasure (maybe more) as before taking the drug, and I think this side effect is good for me coz I was suffering before it from rapid ejaculation and masturbation before reaching peak pleasure, so I think propecia increased my stamina.
at nearly the 10th day I was having very severe ball aches and pains only in my right ball as if someone has kicked me in my right ball, this makes me uncomfortable and depressed and scares me a lot even my friend noticed that something wrong about me and asked what is wrong with you? I told him nothing, luckily this pain has disappeared after 3 days
before 4 to 5 days until now odd sensations in my nipple tingling or something I don,t know how to describe it(to be honest I am not sure if it is psychogenic or from the drug)I am somewhat psychogenic guy!!!!
before 2 days I shedded at least 100 hair I am very very sure of this I counted them before going to shower so maybe there is more than 100 hair shed coz I counted at least 100 hair<<<any suggestions about this?I need your opinions about this especially.
maybe I got more fatigue while on the drug and my tongue is sometimes heavier when I talk"BUT not sure of this at all maybe my imaginations only"

Well, about three weeks into starting finasteride I started to shed, frontal part of my hair looked ****, then after a month or so I noticed it get better, some people shed rather quickly, some have multiple sheds and some have prolonged shedding, it's all about riding it out.

As for your side effects, sorry, can't help there. Good luck either way.

When i first used the Minoxidil, my doctor told me me if i shed during first 3 months, the hairs will back stronger and thicker by month 6.

According to the articles that i read, anagen-catagen-telogen-then anagen.

Yet, some posters says that hair will go through a telogen period which could last for 4 months then produce hairs.

My guess it that it varies for everyone, the reason being because it depends on how much of your hair has been affected by DHT. Since the hairs which are affected by DHT, go to sleep, the amount of hairs you will notice disappearing will depend on how many have been affected. And it's also possible that they won't all shed at the same time, which may give the appearance of a longer shed.

Had the ball ache exactly as you describe, mainly in the right nut also. I stopped completely for a week and it went away. I'm taking one every other day and no ball ache at the mo. Don't think I'm shedding any more or less yet. Erections don't seem quite as strong and seem to go down easier but difficult to say for sure. Head itch is much reduced and my hair feels softer to the touch. Mild abdominal pain on first day of restarting has gone. Generally speaking don't feel much different.

hey silverfox1,about the ball aches I didn,t stop taking the drug when it came and stayed on the drug and it went away, about the erections the same as you, I didn,t have the abdominal pain..maybe you don,t feel much different because it very early to decide >>me 2 I don,t feel much different even if I shed< the beginning of change will be observed in the 4th month as most say
