Yeah, the vitamin isn't probably doing anything for the hair part, but I take Vitalert and sometimes animal pak. As far as the Revivogen shampoo, I'm not saying it did anything, but it does feel good on my hair. HAHA. I enjoy it.

Definitely just stick with it through the sheds.
