I am 28 years old and since this year i am balding.
My hair thinned out allot since the start of the year, really allot , now i am a redhead, been told that i have less hair on top by default......
Though its only visible if you look at my hair from certain angles with the right lightning, its thinning on the front and the back of my head from the images it would be 5v (except i have hair, just noticed its thinning)
I could pluck out multiple hairs with ease (not even really pulling)like 10 at a time on multiple area's (not that i kept trying to get em all).
Now with a few weeks it seemed to lessen to almost stop with the below routine.
Routine i use:
Derma Needle (1MM once a week, and no we don't feel more pain, even have a higher resistance then most!).
Regenepure shampoo (leave it in a good 20/30 minutes, daily)
Andrealon brilliant age conditioner (same as above, good 20/30 minutes),The conditioner i currently use contains Keratine/Collagen, not that i bought it, just had it lying around.
Daily vitamins+some bcaa (called animal pak)
Now a little over 6 weeks the hairs fall out again, seems to be going even faster then before.
Only thing that changed is that i got was some new medication called Celestone.
This is a corticosteroid, not the anabolic kind so i doubt thats it, even found some articles that it is helpful (not that i matters much as i am done with the treatment , and it stays in the body 72 hours after last tablet):

Corticosteroids are medicines containing steroids, a type of hormone. They work by suppressing the immune system (the body's natural defence against infection and illness). This is useful in alopecia areata because the condition is thought to be caused by the immune system damaging the hair follicles.
Now i am wondering could this be some kind of shedding? because the shampoo i use is a weak anti-androgetnic.
or maybe because of the new medication which helps (i use tablet form which is stronger then injections)?
Maybe even both, just hoping someone got a bit more experience with it, as it still accelerated my hairloss.
does shedding even combine with itching?
some question i could not find on google:
question about derma needling: can i use shampoo right after it? i currently don't do it as it would mix with a little blood, dunno if that matters as i read people needle till blood and put minoxidil on it.
Now with just Regenepure i had some good effect (like i said almost stopped it for me) now i am a redhead, and we are known to have a more thin skin then most, which i guess means its easier to reach the hair root with the shampoo, or does it not work like this?
I am in the process of ordering some finasteride, gone take a while though, got some replacement doctor who wont prescribe it, but regular one should be back in 2 months (long vacation).
Should have it in 2 weeks, gone try and get some proper pictures by then to monitor the progress.
Making photo's is a pain, but i took some, not the most clear, but have to take them myself, cant ask anyone else for obvious reasons...
But if anyone has some tips, i make them with a smart phone, problem in my case is light, don't have a dark hair color, so with light it sort of shines through (making me look bald, because i keep the hair short currently).
But if some without the light you don't really see the loss of hair at all....
