My Sideburns Going To Bald. How I Fix This Sh*t

İ havent mbp my family history. My dad has very strong hair with nw2.5 hairline at 60.

İ had very amazing hair until 25 years old. But my hair began shed 2018 so when im 25 yo.

İ have still good hair but rapidly thinning everywhere.

İm depressed because my sideburns looks like sh*t.

When i drive my hand on sideburns i shed 3 5 hair evertime.

Nothing you can do. Retrograde alopecia. At least they blend with the super patchy beard. Honestly the beard is more of an issue I terms of what draws the eye. If you keep the beard you have basically zero options other than what you have now. As long as their density is comparable, the beard can help make it a bit less noticeable. If you’re looking for an immediate cosmetic option you’ll need to lose the beard, can is crop them high, then and fade to skin.

No and you do have history you said your dad was ne 2.5. so he's susceptible you just got a worse version. Treatments or it'll progress.

A lot of guys don't even realize that hair in front of the beard is gone. Depending upon the rest of the scalp, it often is only minimally cosmetically significant and the hair in front of the ears can often jut out in a triangular pattern.

That hair does appear in my experience much easier to regrow than the temples, maybe because the temples are lost first and have the most surface tension. When I had all of this regrow, it was so subtle that I didn't realize for a while because it's not something that you check in the mirror on top.

Its just retrograde don't worry too much. Retrograde is limited to the nape and sides. It just thins out a bit. Its just a annoying addition to male pattern baldness. It follows the same treatment as regular male pattern baldness.

Perhaps slightly, your hair is great. Sometimes people get retrograde without a receding hairline yet. Just keep an eye open about it. Just treat it as a possible sign of male pattern baldness. Your good right now.

I have the same thing but finasteride did not work for me I hade 3 times more hairloss on it dont know what else to do....

Dutasteride and oral minoxidil saved my ***. Thats all im gonna say

What you mean ? Where you on finasteride before ? and it wasnt working?
