My Rogaine Foam is turning in to Liquid

the first week or so it was foam, and now when i try to put some inthe cup/cap it turns in to liquid, is this normal? Thanks.

You can run cold water over the can and it will turn it into foam or put it in the fridge for 5 min. I just run the cold water over top of the can about 30 seconds- 60 secs, and then shake it well and presto thick foam is dispensed. Works for me.
