My regimen

Hi, I am 18, and am definitely a Norwood 1.5 and surely losing hair on my temples...

I am way too young I think, and use Minoxidil 5% once a day and sometimes spironolactone 2%. I haven't been to aggressive with covering my regimen, but... What should I do?

I also use Nizoral 1% and T/Gel shampoo.

If you are 18 and an Norwood 1.5, my advice would be to DROP the Minoxidil, and have a regimen of Nizoral and spironolactone 2%. That's Gardener's stand.

Well, I think that all regimens need a DHT inhibitor, and this means either Finasteride or spironolactone. Since he was already using spironolactone, I just assumed that he had already made a conscious choice to use spironolactone instead of Finasteride and was telling him not to drop this DHT-inhibiting component of his regimen.
