yep, you should be good to go.
I have basicly the same regimine as what yoru going to do.. except i'm using 1% nizoral.

t-gel is good shampoo to use when your not using nizoral..
most people get irritation if they use nizoral everyday and t/gel relieves it..

ummm. other than that.. if your not taking a multivitimin.. you should get one..

good luck.. and rmemeber that it could take a year to start seeing results!!! so be patient..

lol.. me... JeffsSS telling someone to be patient!!! wow.

actually coconut shampoo probably your best choice for off days, as it is very good at moisturising the scalp after all those harsh things we put on it. an yeah as to the rest of your regime, judging from the information available to us at this time, you have employed the treatments with the most scientific backing and which will provide you with the most chance for maintenance and regrowth.

on a random note, for those experiencing problems with shampoo being to harsh for you, try washing your hair with conditioner only , in slightly larger amounts than you would normally use. will help with the problems that seem to appear from all the stripping of oils from the scalp ( don't listen to kligman, the skin needs oils to remain healthy )

An excellent choice of regeime. What shampoo you use when your not using Nizoral is down to personal preference.

alright heres the deal...

Propecia (1mg Finasteride) once a day? in the morning...

(my buddy used it and said if u use it too much it grows too much hair on your face) so maybe i should use a less stronger one Minoxidil 5% once a day?
Nizoral Shampoo 2% once every 3 days...
shampoo with coconut shampoo once every 3 days...
thats it ...i dont think i need the Tgel stuff...

Got to take both for life.

Also, Finasteride and minoxidil work differently. Finasteride actually saves hair whereas minoxidil stimulates growth. Finasteride cannot maintain minoxidil's results and minoxidil cannot maintain Finasteride's results. Therefore, once you start both, you got to continue to do *both* as long as you want the total results.
