since I stopped taking propecia due to sides.
ive decided to take the plunge and replace propecia with no fap.
yeah that's it, no ejac from me unless I am getting laid which is twice a month if im lucky.

to this I add minoxidil 5% twice a day + roots hr supplement for women but its is also good for men + gelatin once a day.

really hope they come up with a new cure to replace the propecia poison.

what do you think about laser treatments for hair preserving?

NoFap will not replace propecia, and it is not a "regimen" or part of one. If propecia didn't work for you, I would try minoxidil and ketoconazole shampoo. Don't go ape**** with supplements. Also don't call propecia poison unless you want to never be taken seriously on these forums, just a piece of advice. Laser is also mostly BS in my opinion.

nofap doesn't decrease dht, if anything it increases it. If it lowered DHT it would have sides just like propecia. Know why it doesn't have sides? Because it doesn't decrease DHT. There are graphs that show testosterone production increases and peaks at day 7 after masturbation than falls off to normal levels. When T increases DHT increases slightly as well because there is more available T to convert. Just lol. Stop believing BS

NoFAP lowers DHT like jumping up and down causes an earthquake. ZZZZZ is right, if NOFAP lowered DHT it would have sides just like propecia. The sides don't come from the magical finasteride fairy, they come from the androgen deprivation caused by finasteride (ie DHT deprivation).

there wasn't any valid studies posted except studies which were read incorrectly/misinterpreted by dumb people.

I would love to see somebody actually experiencing hair loss give this crap a try. I usually don't find anybody losing the battle against hair loss as funny, but if anybody were to actually be so stupid to trust their hair to this BS, I would have to laugh.
