My New Regimen What Do You Guys Think?

after several years under propecia and minoxidil my baldness continues
I added today 100mg spironolactone ED and amiridex 1MG once a week
can it make a noticeable difference and what do you think of the dosages of those two products

I also continue finasteride 2.5mg a day plus minoxidil

Is 2.5mg of fina not over kill? Recommended dose is 1mg right?

Yes maybe but 1mg did nothing to me
