Hi,

Okay so here's the scoop. 27 years old. Thinning on the crown/vertex ONLY for about 1 year or so now..

I'm currently into month 4 of Propecia. I don't use minoxidil.

My itch was mostly on the crown/back of my head.. in random spots, throughout the day and night. It was annoying as hell, sometimes I ignored it, sometimes I couldn't, and would put my fingernail into the itch spot. :(

So I have been doing nizoral 1%, and T/Sal, 1x each weekly.

For my 'rotation' shampoo/conditioner, I switched over to a brand of shampoo/conditioner called Avalon Organics, available online. Tea Tree Mint shampoo, and Biotin complex thickening conditioner... IT IS REALLY GOOD ORGANIC STUFF ! I use it for my daytime shower. At night, I use baby shampoo to wash the gel out of my hair.. baby shampoo is gentle and does the trick of cleaning, so I can put my emu oil on next.

After my evening shower, I apply emu oil to my scalp. I warm the bottle under hot water, which thins the oil.. then I apply with a medicine dropper.

I use Folligen spray, from time to time. Not daily. Sometimes it makes me feel itchy.

So currently, this regimine is doing it for me.. I think I've got something good going here. No more itch at all for the past 3 days !!!

I don't think I'm gonna need minoxidil for a long time, I think Propecia is doing what it's supposed to be doing. Noticing much much less hair falling out in the shower, BIG difference from a few months ago !
