My head looks like an airport

I'm not sure if anyone else has this but i'm curious to know. My hair is short and when I look in the mirror from a distance I can see what appears to be a thinning runway from the front to the back where it joins the saucer sized thin zone towards the crown. The worst angle is from above of course but it is highly visible from behind. It looks dreadful when i shave it down. I guess this is the final stages before hair actually starts disappearing completely...

I need to get finasteride fast!! :freaked:
