And another
It does not look bad at all, it's like you are another person... And from my view it's like you looked younger before the transplant but i think it's because of the angle and the difference in the beard, but anyways looks real good my opinion, i am kind of same shape, i have more hair but i'm approaching that mark also i think in a couple of years...

How much did it cost, it was painful ? Please share some details, are you on some sort if medication as Finasteride or something ?

Congrats, really looks nice!

Edit: You look like Robert De Niro when he was young in the picture before transplant :)

Thanks mate I had 6000 grafts at cosmedica in Istanbul over 2 days using head/ beard and chest hair it was £2800 including accommodation only extra was flights which cost me £200 return from London England , the only pain was the injections to numb my head after that it was pain free

Thanks for the info, appreciated... I must say that i think it's one of the most successful transplants i ever seen and i have seen some, i would not like anything more for me also and the price what can i say, it's kind of unreal to be true.... Real nice, congrats again and enjoy it :)

And please do tell me when you have time, how did the surgery go in terms of who operated you, how much part in it had the doctor and how much was the team involved, i know that Erdogan for example only comes for a little part of the surgery, the rest is done by one of his teams, he does multiple surgeries, how was yours ?

EDIT: Robert De Niro in flesh in that pics :D

Thanks mate , it was all techs although dr acar drew the hairline and checked once a day on progression aswell as deciding how many grafts I was getting , that was about it , another dr checked on me a few times but had no real involvement , there’s a Facebook group called hairloss crusaders there’s some amazing results from Turkish clinics there , smile being the main one and a transplant is about £1400 there including accommodation

Kind of sucks that he has no implication in this, from what i see on his clinics page, from the result section it looks like you are one of his best transplants, at least from my perspective, i can spot a few that i like, but most of them i think he managed with what he had, there are a lot of dudes that had aggressive loss and i don't think somebody else would have done more for them, but anyways i think he should at least do the incisions or implanting at least the hairline or something...

Anyways yours looks real nice, thanks for the info and for your time, are you on any pills drugs like Propecia or something else to maintain ?

I’m on finesteride , u can get him involved but it costs more I didn’t no much about transplants when I booked mine so didn’t bother

You got in without knowing much and you got out with this kind of results, heh, i am not an expert but i have some knowledge gathered in this, i have seen my fair share and i have a really good eye when it comes to this kind of things, and i have to say well played mate, well played, others spend year in analyzing and still don't get this results, at least from my perspective and experience...

I know that the quality and texture of your hair helped a lot, i am sure that if you come closer and start analyzing every hair you will notice maybe little imperfections but from normal distance and even close, with this length, i'm sure it's closely to natural perfection, nice, i am really impressed :D

Sorry for my " exaggerated " enthusiasm but i am really glad when i see this kind of results, both for you and for us, other people that want " to solve " this cosmetic discomfort !

What i never understood is why they still encourage you to take Propecia after the transplant, after the shook period is gone, just for maintenance ? If the follicles from the back of the head and from the chest are DHT resistant, why the need to block DHT after ?

Did they tell you too take it for how much time, or did you took it before also ?

So I did do research I wore a hair system for over a year templating and installing it myself then I had smp , I looked intontransplants but didn’t no any oher places in Istanbul
At the point of booking my transplant I checked there feedback on what clinic and met mike there English rep and see his hair ,
I didn’t take finesteride before the op
I was advised to take it for 1 year post op , it prevents the other non transplanted hairs being losed as I was a nw5 I still have a few to lose although not loads to be fair plus it helps restore recently minimised hairs and makes hair thicker .
Join hair loss crusaders Facebook group and search Andy Monaghan and Peter petri they have amazing results from there transplants at dr cinik the best I’ve ever seen I’m
Only 7 months post op so should still gain a lot more hair
