My Hairloss Pictures... Need Help

Hello everyone,

1. I have been using on/off Minoxidil from Kirkland for about 6 Months...
2. Also using a shampoo "L'Oreal Paris new Vive Pro for Men daily thinkening for fine/thinning hair"
3. I am currently also trying out (my secound day ) Grapefruit Seed Extract (MY girlfriend said I should try it)

I am not seeing much results, though the hair loss is not getting worse either.
Could you guys look at my hair loss and tell me if some of my hairs are already dead and beyong saving?
Is there anything else I can take to improve my current anti hair loss treatment? Since my results are not really good....

I dont want to take propecia since I heard it can cause SEXUAL side effects.....
I like having sex, and don't want to encounter not being able to please my GF anymore... Is there anything else that works similar or as good as propecia without side effects?

Please help me guys !

EDIT: Forgot to mention my brothers are both bald I'm 22 years old.... got bald the fastest out of everyone.
Its definitely genetics, since my mother's brothers are all bald as well. According to my bro who's a doctor it come from the mother.

Use lipogaine instead. U can get it on amazon. My friend had a bald spot tried using rogaine and Kirkland but did not see results. After he switch to lipogaine he saw results. His bald spot has been filled and I see it with my own eyes. It works for him

S5 cream advertised on this site is meant to be as good as propecia never used it myself, I would say you should see good results with using propecia and not to worry to much about the side effects never experienced any sides my self and been on and of it for around 4 years you may have lost a bit to much hair as propecia is very good at keeping what you have today and thickening up after a year or so
