Alright, I came to these forums about a year ago, bitchin that my hair was fallin out
It was and it still is, only this time I saw a dermatologist, I told him about my crash dieting and he asked if my lost hair had "Little white roots" on the tip, they did, So I told him
he said I probably had Telogen effluvium, so he said visit him in 6 months if it worsens
Only problem is, I started noticing hairloss a year ago and alot of it, and the hairs are still falling out to this day, with the little white roots, and Telogen effluvium is suppose shed hair for like 6 months and its been a year...can there be worst cases of Telogen effluvium? that last more than a year?
its been a year and my hair thinning looks the same still...it didnt get much worse...and my hairline has barelyt effected...its just the whole top of my head thats thin and it looks the same as it did a year ago.. its like I lost a certain amount of hair then stopped at a certain point...
anyone else had problems with Telogen effluvium? Cause something inside me is still saying "Youve got male pattern baldness!"
EDIT* ALso my hair has grown softer and thinner than it use to be, is that Telogen effluvium? (Im studying more on it)
