My Hair Transplant Experience at Este in Turkey Surprising 3-Month Results

I’m 55 years old and I don’t usually post reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I’m honestly surprised by the progress so far.
I travelled to Istanbul on March 26 and had a DHI hair transplant at Este in Turkey. I paid €2,200 for the transplant and another €500 for stem cell treatment.
They told me the stem cell treatment could help with recovery and speed up hair growth. I was a bit sceptical at first and didn’t expect to see much at only three months.
The procedure went smoothly and the team was professional. They explained the aftercare clearly and also answered my questions after I returned home.
It has now been around three months and the transplanted hair is already growing quite well. The hairline looks natural and the area is slowly becoming denser. I know it is still early and the final result will take more time, but I didn’t expect this much progress at this stage, especially at my age.
I’m sharing my photos below. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask and I’ll try to answer.
Thanks to the Este in Turkey team.

Honestly, I think this is a very encouraging result for only 3 months. Many patients are still going through the ugly duckling phase at this point, so seeing this level of early growth is definitely a positive sign.

That said, I still wouldn't judge the final outcome yet. Around months 6 to 8, the density usually starts becoming much more noticeable, and the hair continues to mature until around 12 months. The texture, thickness, and overall natural appearance can still improve a lot from here.

I'd also be interested to see how the donor area looks as it grows out, because I think evaluating both the recipient and donor areas gives a much better picture of the overall result.

So far, though, I think you're on a very good track. I hope you keep posting monthly updates because it'll be interesting to see how everything develops over the next several months.

Thank you! Of course, I’ll keep sharing photos until all of my hair has fully grown in. The donor area was already back to normal after the first month. I took these photos two months ago
