Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share what I’ve been going through and hopefully get some advice. Over the last few months, I’ve started noticing hair thinning from the front, especially around my hairline. It’s not extreme yet, but definitely visible compared to before.

I’m in my mid-20s and never really had any hair issues earlier, so this is a bit stressful. I’m not sure if it’s because of stress, diet, or maybe genetics.

I haven’t started any treatment yet because I’m confused about what actually works. I’ve seen people mention different things online, but it’s hard to know what’s genuine.

Has anyone here experienced something similar? What worked for you and what should I avoid?

Would really appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Thanks in advance!

take minoxidil oral, as it works much better than the topical....if your hairloss don`t stop take breezula/cb as a topical........you can not do more, as all the other stuff out there doesn`t work (can add dutasteride is the only other last option)
oral min hasn't done anything for me in terms of regrowth, I still take it because I'm coping with the fact that it might be extending the anagen phase of the hair cycle, so going by that, it should at least be giving me more time with my hair.

The taiwan study outperforms any treatment we got today.

Oral min reduced my daily hair shed for sure. I use 5 drops morning 5 drops night. gotta be used twice a day for maximum effect. No more half meassures bro. Go all in or go home.

Start off with finasteride and minoxidil, both are FDA approved for hair loss and are the only medications other than dutasteride that have been proven to actually work. Don't bother with those caffeine shampoos and biotin tablets etc
