Are you doing anything to try to stop it/slow it down/reverse it? The time to act would be now.

It's BS dude. I wasted my time with crap too until I noticed my hair was really bad. I was at the point where I couldn't screw around anymore. At the very least you want to be on minoxidil, but you should really consider finasteride. You just need to decide which is worse, the small chance that you may get sides, or being bald. For me being bald was worse than the potential sides. 10 months later and I am happy with my decision.

Start acting now:
1 mg finasteride daily
As of minoxidil, i would advise you for Spectral DNC-L, it is very efficient in cases like yours, at the crown.
Works much better than simple minoxidil, and leaves scalp in perfect condition.

Just wondering where am i on Norwood scale?
You would seem to be a Norwood 3V given that your frontal loss, from what I can see, isn't overly bad. And that's actually a good thing because hair in the front typically never comes back once it's gone whereas that crown of yours could be thickened up pretty good. It's looking pretty damn thin right now, so act quickly. Also, invest in some Toppik while you, hopefully, get on the big 3. Toppik worked wonders to fill in the thin parts at my crown until the minoxidil kicked in to give me some more coverage. It's merely a stopgap solution, but it will give you peace of mind that people aren't staring at your thin spot.

Thanks i yeh my guess was Norwood 3V aswell. My hair has always been thin and showed scalp under light. The last pixs is a bit false as water was sprayed - and it made the loss far worse. Also my hair gets greasy quickly -and that shows up the loss aswell.
Yeh got some Toppix -covers up well - i don't have to use huge amounts.Strangely i'm resisting using it as i want to get to point where people notice my hair loss.
Thankfully , from my colleagues a mere handful have noticed my hair loss, and recently i had a hair cut - and lots of people noticed it - but no one mentioned the hair loss

You've lost a lot of hair. Meds might help gain a little ground. Maybe 10 to 20 percent. But you are going to have a thin/bald spot.
