My hair is looking horrible plz help

Hey guys, i've been using minoxidil for almost a month now along with Revivogen which i've been using for almost 4 months. Before i started the minoxidil into my routine my hairloss had slowed and my hair was lookin thicker, but now that i've added it my hair is falling out like crazy and now i have noticeable thin spots and my hair line is worse than ever. I don't know if this is a horrible shed due to the minoxidil but its really demodivating because i thought i was finally making progress and i thought minoxidil would help speed it along. Also, i've noticed my head itches a lot more thanks to the minoxidil would that cause excessive hairloss?? I'm really lost here guys, i want to believe its a really bad shed and it will grow back thicker, and i'm hoping it is judging by the fact it started when i started the minoxidil, but anyway do u guys think this is a shed caused by the minoxidil?? thanks

yeah it sounds like it , my opinion is slow down the rogaine to once a day and keep using what you were using before,,, then add some propecia then get back to rogaine twice a day....i dont know about revogin but id stick to the basics , seems like most people using the big3 are doing fine .
