First of all before you read this I'd like to tell you I can't guarantee that this works for everyone and I don't want to hype everyone up. I know this isn't really "open for discussion" but I want to share my experiences with you nonetheless. You may think I'm exagerating but these are my experiences and you can look for pics in the future.
For those who have seen my pics you've notice that I've had receding at the temples. Recently there was an article published about the effects of soya and equol on dht. After consuming soya for about 1 week and a half and I swear they are filling back up. I showed my brother yesterday morning and he agreed and was extremely surprised. about 1/3 of my right temple is filled back up and my left one is coming along slower but it has had more recession than the right one. I can see the follicle opening up about an inch under the temple and going all the way to the center. I'm positive that they weren't there before I look at myself closely in the mirror everyday. The only other thing i've tried is nizoral but I doubt the nizoral has had any effect since i've been only using it for about 5 weeks.
I've been eating a handfull of soya beans divided up twice a day and I eat a lot of celery and carrot with tofu dip. I've never done finasteride or minoxidil.
