..im only 20 years old my hair started thining 2 years ago, i didnt think it will come to this!!! am i too late? i didnt even go to a doctor!!!

..my first step is the internet, im starting to google around, ask for help online, look for ppl who have the same probem as me..i stumbled upon a lot of drugs of which propecia and rogaine seems to be the most used..

..my question is, is there any hope? will my hair grow back? what kinda doctor should i go to? the dermatologist right? also i read that effects of propecia and rogaine will disappear after stopping medication? if its true, whats the use of it then? :dunno:

i agree you're not too late. you have two choices. either forget about it, or get serious about meds. if you want to get serious book an appointment with a dermatologist and ask for a prescription for propecia. pick up rogaine foam and use the 2 in conjunction. give it 6-12months before you evaluate your progress.

Also use nizoral shampoo a few times per week with your treatments. things should start shaping up for you in a matter of months. In the meantime, get a razor and buzz it down to a very very low grade. Not gunna lie to ya, it does look pretty bad as is with the lenght. You'll love the new look, I promise.
