My Hair Has Started Thinking More Help Please !

Hi guys

I’ve had a receding hairline for a long time but I’ve noticed more recently that it has started to loose more in places and on my crown.

looking for some advice in terms of what I can do to either strengthener or promote little bit of regrowth I’m from the UK.

Any and all responses are appreciated ! I’ll try and upload a pic

Definitely get on the big 3! You can reverse some of the thinning!

Definitely time for the big three. You’re at about a Norwood 3 now almost and this is only going to get worse.

Get on finasteride (propecia) ASAP. If cost is an issue ask your Doctor to prescribe finasteride 5 mg and cut them into fourths or fifths to save money. The Walmart pharmacy near me is 8 dollars a month for this as opposed to 90 for the brand name. So call the different phamarcies and ask about pricing.

Minoxidil (rogaine) will help stimulate hair growth so you may want to try that as well.

And finally nizoral shampoo is a good idea because the active ingredient has shown to help as well.

But definitely get in on at least the first two! If your hair loss is relatively recent it will help a lot!
