My Friend Claims He Is Balding, But Is He?

He is 23 yrs old. I was able to find few pictures of his hair when he got a buzz cut few months ago. He claims he is balding like his older brother but I absolutely don't think so. What are your opinion people?

Haha! just want to clarify, that is not me, I am already a norwood 2. Researching for my own hair loss, I gained some experience in spotting balding people. But he just looks fine to me.
The pictures were taken right after he got the zero guard buzz cut with a fluorescent light right above his head. it is the hairline which he thinks is not normal.

Also, yes, your friend is balding. Looks like some thinning on the top.
