my first update since I started finasteride+minoxidil
Hey There,
So here is my first update. I have been using liquid minoxidil for about two months. I have been applying 1ml to each side of my temple focusing on my left side.
Luckily, there has been no irritation from it so I don't see a need for Nizoral and just using T/Sal for now. As for for the finasteride, originally I started on 1mg and got "brain fog" which freaked me out. So, I have switched to 0.5mg in the AM and in the PM. That has been going well. No physical or mental sides. Again, I feel lucky!
On some days, however, I do experience something akin to "brain fog" and/or deceased drive. Like earlier this morning. It just doesn't feel like myself. It feels less focused and indifferent. It is not depressive, rather just kind of "whatever." I am not sure if that should be attributed to finasteride or just "life" with it's ups and downs. It is a weird feeling however and I am pretty convinced that it was not there before, or not to that extent. I would like to know how can I avoid it or minimize it. For one thing, the quality of my diet, sleep, and exercise has not been consistent lately as it was when I started finasteride so this would be the first thing that I am going the change.
I am still learning to take good pictures in with the same light and angles. Here is what I got so far.
