Would you say you’ve stayed at baseline?

Did you start on finasteride first?

How long have you been on finasteride now crown? may be time to switch.

I was on finasteride for 9 months after that i have been on dutasteride for 2 years.Crown is ok bt i think i shaal have to start rogaine again.Though will look for less irritating version

i want just crown to remain stable.

I was on finasteride for about 10 months, switched to dutasteride in november, still not seeing results but i have just added spironolactone to my regimen, hopefully that helps.

It’s been a year. Hair is definitely worse, although still covetable with toppik n hairspray. Waking up is brutal though cause all my hair is thinner outside of the horseshoe and it does some weird sh*t while I sleep.

Yeah next time I go to the doctor I think I’ll get dutasteride. She seemed open to the idea of prescribing it

BUT, she said she wouldn’t prescribe finasteride and dutasteride at the same time, and from most people, it seems they supplement finasteride with dutasteride. My question is, how should I work out the dosage? Also, is it okay to completely stop finasteride and switch to dutasteride immediately?

Also, are you at least maintaining?

Switch to dutasteride after 2 years of gradual loss on finasteride. 2yrs and a half later on dutasteride and still losing. potentially either treatment has slowed down the loss but certainly not maintained
