My Doubts And Fear About Starting finasteride

hello everyone, i realy need some advice about finasteride.
i'm taking rogaine foam for 8 months now, and i see just a little improvment.
i put it only at the front hairline but i'm shedding all over the top of my head.
im thinking about starting finasteride but i read alot about it in the internet and i saw some warnings about some sexual things like cumming faster, less push to sex and the thing the the most afraid me was the problem with erection.
now i got a friend that his brother used finasteride more thaan 1 year and he doesnt got any of those things. but another friend of mine said that his friend is taking finasteride and after 3 monts its fucked his erection.
i realy want to save my hair and i want to try finasteride what is it worth it? i read about this that some of the ppl that got problem with erection and less push to sex, got this even after they stop taking finasteride.
any toughts from someone that take finasteride plz???
and last thing, can i try to take half of the amount of finasteride every day? like half of a pill instead of whole pill and get same resualts??

Yeah you can take a half dose, almost as effective. Response isn't linear dose dependent, 0.5 is al it's the same as 1mg.
Your choice as to the risks. Try it and if you get sides then quit.
