I'm 30 years old.

TSH - 1.840 (reference: 0.350 - 5.500)

T4 - 6.9 (reference: 4.5 - 10.9)

T3 - 0.8 (reference: 0.6 - 1.8)

Estradiol - 38.4 (reference: < 32.0)

Progesterone - 0.65 (reference: 0.28 - 1.22)

Total Testosterone - 620.0 (reference: 241.0 - 827.0)

Free Testosterone - 16.85 (reference: 8.69 - 54.69)

DHT - 0.57 (reference: 0.25 - 0.99)

SHBG - 69.90 (reference: 0.00 - 57.00)

What do you guys think? Is it that bad or not so? DHT is not so low, which is good.
Thank you

Estro is a bit above the range but aside from that, looks ok to me.

I wish there was a way to just minorly decrease the estrogen increase you get when on an AA

That what I was going to ask, is there any safe long term estrogen blocker? Because estrogen raise with finasteride or dutasteride it's inevitable in the long term.

Try DIM its what I use, and every time I run out I always put on a couple extra pounds, so it might be regulating estrogen minorly

This has gotten good reviews, you could give it a try, never tried it myself but I might take this along with finasteride which I am starting soon

Thanks.

Well I admit my erections are not as strong as when I was in my 20's and I admit that some of that may be from Avodart too.
