I see people are using B vitamins, speciafically B6 to combat hairloss. Since the packaging of my multivitamins states 'B6 = 100%' Im assuming that B6 is what I need, correct? Do I need to buy B6 seperatley and take MORE than 100%? Should I be taking more like 200% B6? What's the lowdown?
