Every so often someone will inquire as to a good multivitamin - and responses seem to range from everyone's favorite to "multis are useless anyway - don't bother." (Personally, I use Rite-Aid's "Central-Vite" on those days when I might be skimping on my regular internals).
Anyway, I was sitting in a Jiffy-Lube waiting area recently, flipping through a Men's magazine (don't recall the name of the mag), and this magazine had a 1 - 2 page write-in section called "Ask Dr. Bob" or something like that, where guys wrote in w/ their medical questions.
One guy inquired as to a good multi, and the doctor responded: ABC Plus Senior from Puritan's Pride.
The guy writing in didn't specify his age and the good doctor made it sound like it was good stuff for any adult male - even though puritan's web site says it's especially formulated for men 55 and over (the actual label reads "50+").
Good price.
