Hey everyone. I'm looking to take a multi-vitamin. I've taken GNC's MegaMen Multi-vitamin before, but I'm not sure how good that one is. I've read on here where plently of people state that they take "a very good multi-vitamin". Who makes the best one? Is GNC's good enough? Help me out, I'm getting some this weekend so I need to know what to get exactly.

Sorry if i'm going off-topic, but I'm taking one called Solaray Spectro which is supposed to be good, but i can't swallow it because it is sooo big. It gets stuck in my throat. So i have to open the capsule and put it in my food. I wonder if all 'good' multivitamin capsules are that big!

The GNC one I've taken was not that big, but I had to take 2 daily so maybe it had the same affect because if it was one pill, it would've been huge.

I take Mason's hair formula multi. It's inexpensive and has all the essentials for hair: biotin, choline, PABA, zinc, B-12, Pantothenic acid and others.

Que, thanks for the reply. Do you notice any benefits to this multivitamin? Also, where do you get this?

I've been taking Mason's hair multi for about a year but I think you can get most of the vitamins from any multivitamin, except the PABA and choline. It's support for my regimine so I'm not sure how much help it has been. I get it from my local grocery. If yours doesn't have it, they probably have something very similar. You can check it out at masonvitamins.com. It's under women's health, seems like most hair multi's are marketed to women.

I just use the ones you can get at costco. I know some pills have higher consentrations of certain vitamins but your body only absorbs so much of each vitamin, the rest gets pushed out with your piss.
