I use usually 2 and if I remember 3 g a day. I think it probably takes about a month or so until it can get in your system and start to work. I think that it def makes your hair grow faster at least it has for me, but dont expect it to work overnight. I talked to diddy who uses msm, and he said about a month as well. Either way its great for the joints.

one guy said he takes 5000mg a day, isnt that too much ? i mean i tried to take 3 capsules at a time and it made my stomach feel weird.. Anyways ill stick to 1 a day. It helps on thickening body hair and as well as hair i think...

Just something worth noting it makes all hair grow quick i.e. body hair lol you have been warned :lol:
