msm really worksss

my nail i harder than ever, i'm using about 4,500mg a day about 1 month ago, and if itdoing this to my nail, it surely doing something to my hair keep finger cross.

I'm taking only 1000 mg a day and found that is making my hair grow faster and darker. Can't say if it is darker because the hair shafts are thicker or if it is just changing the color.

u could get msm anywhere, GNC, or go online to buy it cheaper, make sure u buy something big like 1500mg pills so u won't have to take more than 1 or 2 pills per day, now msm is very famous in this website and mostly every hairloss site cause it makes hair grow much faster. i does not cure or regrow hair in places that is not growing, it will only help out if u using minoxidil and/or finasteride it will make does new growing hair grow much faster and give your exitence hair a heathier thicke/stronger look. apart from minoxidil/finasteride/nizoral we always ad xtra on the side like, msn, grean tea extract, l-arginy, multivitamin, right now i'm doing all this but intead of finasteride i'm using dutasteride (switch about 3 weeks ago) plus tricomin, so i have a strong regimen, let see in 3 month if there's any improvement.

I used msm for six months (July 2005-Dec 2005).
It grew my hair faster (which is good).
But unfortunately all the hairs on your body hair grow very fast.
My sides and back (the non-male pattern baldness) are grew so fast that I needed an haircut every 10 days or else my male pattern baldness will look very bad.
I dropped MSM for two reasons.
1. Fast growth of the non-male pattern baldness hairs on the sides and back, making my male pattern baldness area look much more thinner.
2. My body hairs grew very fast. I had to shave everyday and trim my under-arm and pubic hairs frequently.

it does grow your hair much quicker but this can also lead to thinner hair since its longer, also i am seeing some more body hair then before ... i really wanted it to grow my eyebrows faster but i guess not

maybe using minoxidil on your eyebrows will help...

If it makes all my body hair grow faster including my thinnning hair..I can accept that ..I will just groom/wax/shave more often knowing that my thinning hair is growing better.

msm made my thinning hair grow faster and longer, not thicker.
so if you want to use a buzz cut, there is no use in using msm.
