Where can you get MSM and what is a good brand?

GNC, health food stores, Costco. I dont think the brand matters, its the same stuff.

Note, it does NOT assist in hair restoration. It merely makes hair grow *faster*, which can help people recover after sheds, or to speed up filling if theres been some regrowth.

Does that also mean it speeds up the hair cycles, thus quickening the loss of hair?

No. It does not effect the time the follicle is active.

Think of it as building material for hair.
