MSM -- anyone know anything?

I know they haven't done extensive testing, but I have seen a couple reports where an overwhelming amount of people experienced regrowth. (for those of you who don't know, MSM is a sulphur supplement. It's mostly used to treat arthritis and it supposedly helps grow nails quick and healthy.

What's the story here? Any success stories?

ive read a report that says male pattern baldness sufferers have a deficiency in MSM, and when increased MSM ther hair did grow back.

hair growing faster and thicker is confirmed, noticeable results in only 1 month. But do a search next time okay? thers tons of threads on MSM.
