For the last few days I’ve been having mild back ache around my kidneys. I remember reading that MSM intake may result in kidney pain, so I presume that my pain is MSM induced.
Has anyone else had kidney pain while taking MSM?
The pain I'm having is very mild, it doesn't bother me at all, but the presence of pain is telling me something isn't right.
I've read somewhere that MSM makes the body flush out some minerals, but taking too much MSM too quickly leads to a traffic jam in the kidneys and that's where the pain comes from. It sounds like it's safe to take MSM once the pain clears?
I made it sound as if I've been overdosing on MSM, but I'm actually taking less than what the stated recommended dose is on the bottle. I think I'm gonna be cautions and take small doses of MSM in the future.
