Moving to the UK - What do I do about my hairloss supplies?

I currently reside in the USA. I use the following to reduce my hairloss issue:

-1 mg finasteride (I use generic proscar and cut it up into 1/4)
-minoxidil (Generic from target; 1/3 of the price of Rogaine)
-Nizoral Shampoo

I have already got my Dr. to prescribe me 6 months of proscar. I will fill it whenever I am on break from school and I'm home. But what do I do about Nizoral and minoxidil?

Does the UK have Nizoral? Is it more expensive?

Does the UK have generic (cheaper) minoxidil?

Theres a big shop chain called Boots in the UK. They sell nizoral and so do Tesco's which you will find everywhere.

UK doesnt have generic minoxidil in shops but i buy mine from ebay...kirkland. Its cheap and arrives in 2days.

Yes Nizoral is easy to find and actually appears to be slightly cheaper here that in the states?

Amazon.co.uk says £7.75 for 100ml, I think I pay roughly that from Boots.

I too order my minoxidil online (from biovea.net), it's a rip-off in the shops as they only have Regaine and charge over the odds (I don't think it sells as well as it does in the US).

i don't find the UK that bad as long as you don't live in London, apart from the fact that prices are higher than most other countries ("rip off Britain") and the dark and cold winters (where it gets dark at 3:30pm midwinter)

never seen any generic minoxidil in UK pharmacies. maybe Boots might have it. but as the guy above says it's not a huge seller here (I would say there is an embarrassment towards buying it here)

So I should probably buy the minoxidil here in bulk and take it there?

And just buy Nizoral there.

Sure it get's dark in the winter but if you're coming over to a university you should have a great time, that preconception of us being reserved and twee is absolute nonsense btw as you'll soon find out.

You'll find the place condensed which makes it a great place to travel about (basically it's just of the larger states) and easy to get to mainland Europe.

Wrap up warm though!

Oh and we can import RU should finasteride fail.

Nizoral you can buy from most shops here for quite cheap.

Generic minoxidil ... Boots sell their own version but you can easily order off Ebay or other UK-based websites.
