what is a realistic goal in our treatment ,i mean i must admit when i started treatment in feb,i was not expecting miracles,but thougt i could regain 25% density all over my head,if this were to happen,my hair would look awesome,but i have gone backwards by about 15%,so now i am 40% behind were i need to be,plus before starting treatment my head never itched once now it itches all the time?

how is the first 30 % of your head and how are the back 40 %? is it 50% or 60%? and how about your temples...are they 20 % receeded or 40%?

I think my overall density is about 60% of what it was when i was 14,

i have receded by about 1 cm both temples ,norwood 1.5

I think a realistic goal for you is nothing more than maintenance(this means back to where you started). It seems that those who regrew a lot are also those who lost a lot before they started their treatment.

Agreed maintainence. ANY regrowth should be looked at as an unexpected bonus.
