Most Efficient Hair Regrowth Serum That Works

Hi,

I have a major balding on top left and top right (see image) where in some spots there is hardly any hair follicle. I have been using a Hair growth Shampoo, and also IRestore laser on and off.

I have been looking for a serum for weeks, but I am just not satisfied with the some of the product reviews, which are mixed.

Can someone recommend a good serum that has maybe DTH blocking ingredients along with other ingredients that promotes and hair REGROWTH ?

if you are a responder to Duta, add Minoxidil to your repertoire (~4-5 months later)
