That is not true, I was a non responder to Finasteride and responded to Dutasteride. Just because it didn't work out for you doesn't mean it won't work for others.

You're a woman though, your hair loss isnt caused by DHT

I've heard its normal to have an initial shed on dutasteride that can last months. Most people who take it have said it resulted in more hair than baseline in the end.
Also can you keep me updated on your situation if you continue with duta, I may start it in the next month or so.

20 hairs per shampoo is not shedding, that's normal cyclic loss.

200 per shampoo *is* shedding.

Dutasteride is much more efficient at blocking DHT from forming.
Some people experience side effects they cannot tolerate though.
