I don't really have many relatives, so its difficult to gauge this but...my grandpa had full blown NW7 by age 30....my dad is hitting about NW4V @ age 46....so does the severity of hairloss skip generations, or do I have a shot @ being more resistant since my dad hasn't been hit as bad as his own dad?

Like Aplunk says.. it's unpredictable..

unfourtunatly you have 2 sides that show male pattern baldness.. so that doesnt help your chances..

but with technology we have today.. you stand a better chance of keeping your hair.
