Does more muscle on your body cause you have higher DHT level despite you are working out or not? I hired a personal trainer and started muscle gaining, but concern over DHT level worried me a lot.
I've read a substantial amount of sources and studies that suggest exercise particularly weight training prolongs an increase in testosterone and DHT even during periods where one isn't exercising.
Purely anecdotal beyond that in my experience after I started doing weights training the rate of hair miniaturisation at least doubled if not more after a linear loss prior to that.
