I would imagine, with something as seemingly complicated as this becoming a reality, hair follicle cloning can't be too far off

You've made a huge assumption there, and I don't know if it's helpful.

In reality 'keep your head up' means in this case to keep praying the solution will come along soon. And if it doesn't? Then the person praying is kinda screwed.

Again, this is not evidence of a success story. If people want relief from hairloss they should find it in what we actually have now. If we see something actually approaching release, that might change. But we haven't, and this is no different.

(Admittedly it IS pretty cool that they created brain cells tho!)

one thing i have always believed is that hope is just disappointment waiting to happen

Brain cells are far from a hair follicle, the best this will do to hairloss is give more brain cells to hairloss researchers (not implying they are stupid, just more is better)

i can see this research being bad news for the republican party of America though
